OLD SHED. NEW CHAPTER.THE TOC STORY / SIDE A
This place had a working life long before the first beer was poured. A blacksmith’s shop, a petrol station, a car showroom and a mechanic’s workshop: the old building has always had a job to do.
After four years of restoration, it opened its doors as Tocumwal Brewing Co. in April 2025. Today, the tools have made way for taps, and the beer garden gives everyone a reason to stay a little longer.

Bright citrus, a gentle malt backbone and a tidy bitter finish. A lively pale for a slow afternoon by the Murray.
Clean, crisp and quietly refreshing. Light malt character and a dry finish keep this classic lager uncomplicated.
Soft, juicy and full of tropical character. Citrus and ripe-fruit notes meet a rounded finish: a little sunset in a can.
Tasting descriptions are draft interpretations for brewery approval.
A little Toc to take home. Ask at the bar about the current takeaway range.
FROM THE TOC PHOTO BOX
Weekends bring a mix of familiar faces and visitors pulling in from Finley, Berrigan, Barooga and Shepparton. Rotating food trucks give everyone another reason to settle in. From everyday catch-ups to community events and a council-run tourism forum, the brewery has become a place where the region comes together.

THE TOC STORY / SIDE B
Matt Shurgold and Nathan Haley are the founders behind Tocumwal Brewing Co. Years of brewing together led to a bigger project: bringing a brewery to Tocumwal and giving an old building a new life.
Their story is now part of this little stretch of Murray Street. Come for a beer and get to know the place.
